Free Shipping on all orders over $59.99! 

ONE by Prism has partnerships with multiple carriers including UPS, and USPS to best serve our customers. Depending on the location of the shipment, PRISM will select the best and fastest possible shipping service for your location. (PO BOX delivery addresses will ship with USPS Priority).

Shipping dates shown are estimates based on the carriers suggested time frame.

Processing time frame: 2-3 Business Days from time payment is processed. Orders processed on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays will ship the next available Business Day. Please note shipping timeline does not include packaging and processing time. Ex: Order processed on Saturday will ship Monday, then the estimated shipping days become applicable.

Packaging

Packaging includes corrugated boxes, bubble mailers, die-cut mailer, pack mailers, bubble wrap, feeder paper. During summer months and when orders contain heat sensitive items, the delivery package may contain foil insulation and a gel ice pack.
